Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare the Appliance
Ensure the item is clean, uninstalled, and secured in its original packaging, including all manuals, hardware, and accessories to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Schedule Pickup or Shipping
For large appliances, our team will coordinate a professional freight pickup, while smaller items can be shipped back using the prepaid label provided by our support staff.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
